GRI Software Upgrade: GRI v3.1.2 Has Arrived!
Exciting Updates Ahead: GRI v3.1.2 Has Arrived!
In the coming weeks, the IHS-JVN Support Team will upgrade the Global Retinal Imaging (GRI) software to version 3.1 on all JVN computers. Please keep your JVN computer or laptop powered on for these updates.
The newest version of GRI (3.1) contains several updates and improvements.
The following is a highlighted list of changes in this release:
- Performance: The application has been upgraded to provide better overall performance.
- Font Size: The overall font size has been increased for better visibility.
- Patient Details: Updates to the medical data entry requirements have been made.
- Referring Provider: Data Entry – Referring Provider first name is now required in addition to the last name.
- Special Studies: In addition to standard imaging, you can choose a Priority Read, a Demo, and/or an Incomplete read.
- Optos users only: Searching for a patient on the camera tablet has a minor change. Transferring images from the camera to the GRI application has been updated.
There are changes in workflow with GRI 3.1.2. Please read this information before your upgrade and while using GRI 3.1.2.
